This apartment has a distinctive Carrara marble floor and a proposed surface area of 80 m2. It faces east-west, giving it plenty of natural light. Airy and spacious apartment close to shopping, 5 min from the train station, 3 min walk to the tramway and beach within 10 min. Perfect for a couple, but 3 people are welcome to stay as we can add a single bed on request. Many choices of restaurants and food stores in the neighborhood. Free wifi high speed (optical cable) and TV plus Netflix. The space The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, bedroom with big closet space. The very large living room has a dining table for 6, a three-seater sofa of design Hughes Chevalier, two separate lounge chairs. There is a big screen TV with access to Netflix. On the balcony there is a small round table with 2 chairs which is great for a relaxing glass of wine or breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped.
