The House can accommodate up to five people (4 adults). The space Skinos House is a Cycladic Home built with the traditional architecture of Kimolos, tastefully decorated in modern minimal lines. It offers all modern conveniences, warmth and cleanliness. It is the perfect place for unique holidays and moments of relaxation. You will be amazed by the view from the front veranda with comfortable deckchairs where you can enjoy your breakfast or your coffee overlooking the sea and the neighboring island, Polyaigos. On the shaded terrace with the pergola at the back of the house, tranquility will keep you company while you enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner while gazing at the sunset. Uniquely located at the entrance of Chorio, fully renovated and furnished in a modern style. The white color on the walls and the handmade furniture blend together, giving a feeling of calmness and peace. It has a bedroom with a double bed with a soft Grecostrom mattress, a second bedroom with a double bed that converts into 2 singles, a spacious area with an equipped kitchen for food preparation and a dining table, a living room with a sofa, a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with a pergola and outdoor furniture (comfortable table and chairs) with a panoramic view of the sea and the neighboring islands (Polyaigos, Agios Efstathios) and Chorio. The private deckchairs are at your disposal if you prefer to enjoy sunbathing or the shades of the sunset while in the evening you can enjoy the starry sky of the Aegean. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. You can come to Skinos House Kimolos on foot, by bus or taxi from the port of Psathi. Its distance is less than 1 km from the port of Psathi at the entrance of “Chorio” (main settlement) of Kimolos. If you visit the island by car or motorbike you can park near the house in a free parking lot. If you visit the island with a private boat, you can moor it in the port of Psathi. Small and large vessels can be moored in the marina. At a walking distance of 50 meters, there is a bus stop to the Chorio and the beaches of the island. We recommend that you rent a vehicle (car, scooter, etc.) to be able to explore the island easily. * Kimolos has no addresses. Be sure to reply with your arrival details so we can guide you home. * Access to Kimolos From Piraeus: Kimolos, is connected directly to Piraeus about 5 times a week in the summer months, by conventional ferries and high-speed ferries. From Milos by airplane: Kimolos is supported by the airport of Milos. From Milos: From Adamantas of Milos, take a taxi, bus, (or your vehicle), head towards Pollonia and then with the ferry Osia Methodia you reach Kimolos in 20 minutes. From other islands: Kimolos is connected by ship with other nearby islands, as well. Other things to note The house is delivered cleaned. During your stay we offer daily cleanliness and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. In the kitchen, you will find treats such as toast, jam, local honey of excellent quality, Greek coffee, French coffee, cappuccino and Nespresso tablets, chocolate, tea, white and brown sugar, traditional cookies, juice, bottled water, portions of butter and portions of milk for your breakfast.
