Louis Stage Iriya was completed in March 2019, it is a series of Ichiyu Tokyo Apartment. The building comes with complete facilities. There are supermarkets, drugstores, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, etc. located near the station. It is a quiet neighborhood, great for experiencing the the local Japanese lifestyle. Enjoy the benefit of privacy of this residential district in Asakusa and bask in the quiet atmosphere. The space The name "Ichiyu" comes from Chinese Mencius saying"Ichiyu Ichiyo". The meaning is the "the travel and joys of the emperor." We hope you will stay in our apartment and enjoy the same travels as the emperors of old. That is the commitment of Ichiyu Tokyo Apartments. Guest access During your stay, this suite is reserved for the exclusive use of the guest and is not required to share other common spaces. Other things to note 【Notice】 1) The apartment is self check-in. Please save the info/photos provided for easy access after reservation. 2) The door is not automatically locked, please kindly be sure to lock it when you leave your room. 3) Customers should be responsible for their own belongings during their stay. We will not be held liable or reimburse any loss or damage to your property. 4) Please do not bring pets. 5) Smoking is not permitted (including in our communal areas). Rooms are fully equipped with smoke detectors. 6) In the event of any property or items being lost or damage to fittings and fixtures during your stay, by guests or any of their visitors, repair costs for said damage will be charged to the guest. 7) Please pay attention to you and your children’s safety. It is strictly forbidden to climb railings of the balcony. 8) QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. For your travel comfort, please be sure to follow the Japanese local culture. Do not make overtly loud noises or open the windows loudly during the QUIET HOURS. 9) Please switch off the electricity when not in use or when go out. 10) Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the room. 11) Please take off your shoes when entering the room, we would appreciate it if you respect this Japanese tradition. 12) Trash should be placed in the bins provided according to the directions on the wall. Also do not leave rubbish outside the apartment. Please kindly let us know if you need the trash pickup service during your stay. We will note your requirement and regularly collect trash. 13) As part of the verification process we would like to kindly ask you to please provide us with passport photos of yourself and all of the guests that will be staying with you a day before you check in.
