Open concept living area with master bedroom on opposite side from the other bedrooms, large roomy kitchen inside and bbq area outside. Kitchen includes a stove, Fridge with ice maker and water, built in dishwasher and microwave. Pots and pans, dishes and basic condiments available for your use. 5 minute walk to the pool and beach on flat surface, no hills. The space Master bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet and private bathroom with a shower. 2nd guest room has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The main bathroom is close to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap is included. Water is tripled filtered with Reverse Osmosis and UV. You can drink from the tap. AC units in every bedroom. Guest access The house and yard are yours to explore, lots of native and non-native plants. Easy walk to the beach. The beach is just for Palmetto Bay owners and guests so you won't have any peddlers trying to sell things to you. Hammocks by the pool are for your enjoyment as is the dock. Other things to note There will be an additional fee for electricity - paid when you check out. Based on your usage 50 cents per KWH.
