Beautiful summer cottage by the North Sea

The house is our sanctuary all year round, and we dare to promise that it can form the framework for the most wonderful vacation with family or friends. The house has a large beautiful courtyard with a dining area, a lounge area and a lawn. The garden creates an ideal setting for coziness, whether the food is to be enjoyed, sunbathing undisturbed, the book is to be read in the company of a drink, or there is play on the agenda. There is seating for 6 people in both the lounge and dining area. The garden has, among other things, a large gas grill and a nice outdoor shower, so salt and sand can be rinsed off the body after a refreshing swim in the sea. The living room is furnished with a cozy and TV corner, a cozy reading area and a desk space. The living room has space for joint and individual activities. We have removed a wall so that the kitchen and living room flow together and allow for conversation and socializing when the food is being prepared.  The kitchen is decorated in a cozy country style, and there is plenty of table space to prepare the food together. At the end of the kitchen is the house's dining area with room for 6 people and overlooking the garden through the beautiful French double doors. The kitchen contains all modern kitchen equipment and has a brand new and spacious refrigerator and freezer. The house's 1st floor consists of a large and beautifully decorated room with 4 beds as well as a beautifully decorated bedroom with a large and luxurious double bed. All beds have new quality mattresses and new duvets and pillows to help you sleep well. Bed linen must, as a rule, be brought by our guests. Alternatively, bed linen and towels can be rented together for DKKK 345 per person. In the "Sun Room", the large window in the ceiling provides a fantastic light and a nice climate all year round. The sun room provides 2 extra beds.  There is a desk with a good view of the garden, and there is free passage from the sun room and directly out to the lounge area.  The house has its own private parking, just as there is the possibility to park on Kirkegade itself. Electric chargers are installed on the property, and tenants have the opportunity to charge their electric car for DKK 3.50/kWh and avoid queuing at the public charging stations. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home.
