Air conditioning, Balcony and Parking The space Very nice air-conditioned studio of 27 m2 beautifully decorated composed of an entrance with cupboard, a shower room with toilet, a living room with cupboards and sofa bed as well as a SMART TV without classic channels but with access to your own private accounts and kitchen. You can have an aperitif on a spacious sunny balcony. Sandy beaches are 100 m away. The entrance to Cap d'Antibes is a 10-minute walk along the sea. Close to Place De Gaulle and the entrance to the Old Town. Close to all shops. No need to take your car to enjoy Antibes. A parking spot is available (which is quite rare in Antibes :). You'll love staying here. The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. Guest access MASTERLOCK and SELF-CHECK-IN: Please note that in case of self-check-in (late and/or no appointment available) the masterlock to pick up the keys is located in front of our real estate agency. You will first need to come to the agency to pick up the keys before going to the apartment. The code will be sent on the day of check-in. The entire apartment and a parking space are available to you to make the most of your stay here. CLEANING INFORMATION: Cleaning is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as in a hotel) namely: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel... PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans emptied, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...) Here are the steps our service providers follow when cleaning: - Airing of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of all touch points (door handles, chairs, tables, etc.). - Bed linens and bath linens washed at high temperature by a professional laundry. Other things to note Supplies available: - Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
