Welcome! I have multiple listings in this quiet neighborhood. This property has no pet, no children, no smokers - good for relaxing or working at home. Free Wi Fi , Free Parking. Rooms can be rented daily, weekly or monthly. Location is near to Houston Premium Outlet, Town Lake Boardwalk ( many excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping centers) is about a mile away. Costco, Walmart, Kroger, HEB, Chick-Fil-a, Memorial Hospital and Buc-ee' s. The space This is a 2-storey single family home. We offer the use of a private bedroom with a shared bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Towels, bed sheets, pillows and basic toiletries will be provided. Each room has its own key, please keep your room locked at all times. Please leave the key inside the room and leave the door open when checking out. The room has a Ceiling Fan, Queen-sized bed, furnished with Night Table, Dresser, Mirror, Desk and Office Chair. Guest access Free Wi Fi available. Room you are renting Full bathroom upstairs Powder room (1/2 bath): Guests have access to the powder room downstairs. Fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Eating on dining table. Guests may do laundry for a small fee, this includes one wash and one drying. Out of bound to Host Private room, Garage, and all other areas not mentioned. During your stay I love to offer help if needed. I can be easily reached via text, email or phone call. I love socializing with guests. You are more than welcome to say hi. or if you would like to be not disturbed or don’t really want to talk I am Ok with that. I will respect your privacy! Other things to note 2 people max in a room. If more guests are needed to fill the stay, just communicate with us so we can best accommodate you. Kitchen, Living rooms, Upstairs bathroom and downstairs half bath/ powder room are shared. No unregistered guests allowed in the building. No cooking. Free use of Fridge and microwave. No smoking, drugs, guns or weapons on property. Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the building. Please respect all guests' privacy and noise curfew. Please turn off the lights and fans when you are away for more than 30 minutes.
