This unit also has a washer/dryer, which is extremely rare in Old Northeast. Guest access Guests shall have access to their own private 1 bedroom apartment as well as the common hallway and staircase. Other things to note The property is pet friendly - guests with pet allergies are not recommended. Well-behaved dogs welcome for a $100 fee per dog charged during booking. All other pets are strictly prohibited (see house rules for additional details). St. Pete has a noise ordinance policy in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers.
