Independent villa totally surrounded by nature just 10 minutes from Cefalu'. A unique space for the ultimate in relaxation. The villa has a swimming pool for exclusive use, open from May to October, a Finnish sauna that can only be used in the winter months, and numerous outdoor areas equipped for enjoying the outdoors. The villa has all the comforts to make your stay the best it can be. You will also be free to pick several types of genuine fruit from our trees. The space The exclusive villa consists of a single body with air-conditioned rooms, 3 double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a half bathroom with sauna (this cannot be used in the warm months as it could cause accidental fires). The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all comforts and accessories, and a beautiful, bright and panoramic veranda. Adjacent to the house there is a small garden where you can sip a good coffee under a centuries-old White Mulberry plant with lawn, chairs, hammock... The large living area includes a leather sofa, armchairs and a TV with pay TV service. You will also find a loft as a work/play area with a desk and a PS3. The pool is usually open from May to October, but it is always good to inquire as the seasons are not always the same. During your stay, the pool/garden will be maintained almost daily by special staff, but it will normally take place very early in the morning and you probably won't even notice. The courtyard/pool area is equipped with all the amenities to enjoy your holiday in total relaxation, umbrellas, armchairs, BBQ and a fantastic fire pit where you can spend unforgettable evenings. Other things to note The villa is located about 8 km from Cefalu', in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. It can only be reached by car as public transport stops about 2 km from the villa. The use of the sauna, if it is wood-fired, is not allowed during the hot months of the year due to the risk of fire. The swimming pool is usually open from May to October, but it is always good to inquire as the seasons are not always the same.
