It has two open living areas with 75” smart TVs and an open kitchen and dining area. The outdoor space has a covered porch, a grill, and a large, flat yard perfect for yard games. There is a deck for outdoor dining and seating. This home is set up for the perfect Clemson weekend getaway! Room for 2 boats at the dock The space Our house is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with no through street. Making it extremely private. At the same time only 3 minutes from the main light in Clemson and a free, public boat ramp. Our home has 2 master suites on each end of the house. This allows multiple families the ability to maintain privacy. When you walk in, to the right is a private den/ bar room leading into a master with a full bed, a trundle with two twins, and a sleeper sofa in the den all with memory foam beds. Enter to the left and you will be in an open kitchen, dining room, living room. Great area for entertaining. There are two bedrooms with king and queen beds down the hall with a full bath in the hallway. At the end of the hallway the second master with a queen bed and private full bath. There is a deck off the rear of the house and a covered from porch at the main entrance. Large wrap around drive way with plenty of parking. A flat yard for games. Gentle slope for your walk to the dock. Water and power ran to the covered dock if you’re bringing a boat! And a great cove for swimming, fishing, and relaxing.
