Welcome to our upper studio loft! This cozy loft is above our spare garage and on the same property as our home, although with full privacy! The loft has a full bathroom (shower only), it does not have a full kitchen but includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The property is located next to Lake Wazeecha. The 4 mile trail and sandy beaches are less than a 1 minute walk around the block and less than a 10 minute walk to mini golf and ice cream. A quiet and safe neighborhood! The space The loft is on the second story and does have stairs to access. It has a queen size bed, leather couch, desk/vanity, and small kitchenette amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a Smart TV available for all your favorite subscriptions or you can view the free LG Channels included. We do not have cable TV. Please note the bathroom has a shower and toilet, there is no vanity/sink in the bathroom. Guest access Guests can access the loft, but will not be able to access the garage or other parts of the property. Other things to note The loft can comfortably host 2 guests, we do have a full size tall air mattress available for use. Please message us for additional guests.
