Lake Wazeecha Loft

Welcome to the Lake Wazeecha Loft! This cozy space is above our spare garage and shares a property with our home—though you’ll have full privacy during your stay. The loft includes a mini fridge, microwave, and sink, but does not have a full kitchen. NEW: Central A/C NEW: Paver walking path NEW: Fresh coat of paint! We’re just steps from Lake Wazeecha, with a 4-mile trail and sandy beach just a 1-minute walk around the block. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood—perfect for unwinding! The space Our property is located in the Town of Grand Rapids, a quiet and safe neighborhood. The loft is located on the second floor of the spare garage. It does have a set of stairs. The loft is cozy, with thoughtfully placed furniture to maximize the space. It includes a microwave, sink, and mini fridge with a separate freezer compartment. Please note: this is not a full kitchen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower insert and a toilet. Kindly note, there is no vanity in the bathroom. We provide the essentials! You'll find: - Keurig coffee maker with pods and shelf-stable creamers - Dish soap and hand soap, paper towels. - Bathroom towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. - WIFI and a Smart TV is available for all your favorite subscriptions or you can view the free LG Channels included. We do not have cable TV. Heating is controlled by the thermostat, and new in 2025 we installed central air conditioning! A quick note about property access: The Lake Wazeecha Loft is located on the same property as our home. To respect our privacy, we kindly ask that you do not walk through our yard by the house. If you'd like to access the lake or trail system, please walk around the block - it just a short and beautiful route. Thanks so much for your understanding! Guest access Guests can access the loft, but will not be able to access the garage or other parts of the property. Other things to note The loft can comfortably host 2 guests, if you have infants or kids traveling with you no problem! We do have a pack n’ play with linens.m and a full size tall air mattress available for use including extra linens for an additional cost. Please message us if your guests total more than 2!
