The living room is adorned with a brand-new sectional couch and TV, providing the ideal space to unwind after a day of sun and beach. Revel in the upgraded amenities, including a new TV cabinet in the patio and two new king-size beds/bedroom furniture, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Bedroom Bliss: This spacious 5BR home offers comfort for everyone. •Main Floor En-Suite: Queen bed, bathroom with a bathtub, and a TV. •Upstairs Primary En-Suite: King bed, bathroom with a bathtub, and a TV. •Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Full bunk bed with a trundle. •Bedroom 4: King bed and TV. •Jack & Jill Bathroom: Shared between Bedrooms 3 & 4. •Bedroom 5: Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. Fresh Linens: We’ve prepared freshly washed bedding, bath towels, and clean bathmats so you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Family-Friendly: Your child's safety is our priority; a gate on the deck ensures worry-free play. After a sandy beach day, utilize the outdoor shower on the right of the garage before entering the house or hose off on the deck. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare gourmet meals with ease using full-sized stainless steel appliances – double door refrigerator, glass cooktop stove, microwave, oven, crockpot, dishwasher, 2-in-1 coffee maker (drip + Keurig-style pods), and blender. Take your cooking outdoors with a convenient gas grill. Prime Location & Amenities: -Gated resort with 24hr security. -Ocean and Canal views -- a short stroll to the beach or convenient fishing right in front of the house. -Ocean Lakes perks -- a mile of beach, water park, pools, recreational areas, outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, bocce ball, corn hole, horseshoes, shuffleboard, soccer) and more. All equipments can be checked out at the rec desk, including bike rental. -A top 1% ranked campground in the US, minutes away from Myrtle Beach attractions, dining, and prestigious golf courses. -Ample parking space. -Stay connected with Cable TV and Wi-Fi. -Keep cool with central air conditioning, stay cozy with heating, and let the gentle breeze from ceiling fans enhance your seaside experience. -Golf cart rental available onsite. House Rules: -Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM. (Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and will be an extra fee.) -No smoking/vaping, underage drinking, illegal drugs, firearm, pets, fireworks, or parties/events. -Preserve furniture and bedding, avoid wet suits, sunblocks/oils, and shoes on furniture. -Keep the sandy feet at bay and utilize the outdoor shower before entering. Dust off sand before entering (or shoes outside), especially on the way upstairs. Guest access Your beach journey begins with a personalized door code, ensuring a seamless and secure entry into your coastal haven. Access to Ocean Lakes Paradise: To make arrival easy, I’ll coordinate with the Ocean Lakes office. I recommend applying for the Express Check-In Pass, which is $12/day per vehicle (vs. $15 at the gate). It must be paid online 14+ days before arrival, and the pass will be mailed to you. Parking Made Easy: Our beach house can effortlessly accommodate up to three vehicles. Any extra cars will have to go to the overflow parking lot, or there's a convenient remote parking option available at a nominal fee of $10/day in a secure lot. Explore with a Golf Cart: Discover the charm of Ocean Lakes at your own pace with a golf cart, the preferred mode of transportation within the park. Conveniently rent one through Ocean Lakes to effortlessly navigate the expansive grounds. Keep the good times rolling by adhering to the rules and regulations set by OLFC to avoid any violation fees. Other things to note Our beach house is a family-friendly haven by the sea! We cater to responsible adults and families, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all. To maintain a welcoming atmosphere, please take note of the following house guidelines: Guest Responsibility: -The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present throughout the entire rental period. -Supervise anyone under the age of 25 who accompanies you. -The rental period is not transferable or subleased to other parties. Occupancy Limits: -The property accommodates a maximum of 12 occupants. -Exceeding this limit without permission may result in eviction without a refund. Cleaning Expectations: -Basic tidy-up is required by renters upon checkout such as loading dishes, cleaning the appliances (fridge, microwave, oven, outdoor grill), and emptying garbage cans to put in the outdoor bin. -Limited cleaning supplies are provided under the kitchen sink and laundry room, and the vacuum is located in the downstairs bedroom closet. -The gas grill must be deeply cleaned before departure to avoid a $25 cleaning fee. Linens & Beds: -Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and bathmats are provided. -For hygiene, sheets and pillowcases are required on all beds; the mattress/pillow protectors are not to be removed. -Please refrain from taking linens to the beach to avoid additional charges. Starter Kit & Additional Supplies: -A courtesy starter kit is provided to get you going, including basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. -Guests are responsible for any additional items needed during the stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry soap/pods, etc. Appliance and Furniture Policy: -The propane tank is refilled quarterly. If it runs out during your stay, you’re welcome to refill or exchange it at the Walmart conveniently located across the street (~$20). -Please note that refunds are not provided for the malfunction or failure of TVs, WiFi, HVAC, washer/dryer, furniture, or small appliances. -To help keep everything in great condition, no shoes, wet clothing, or sand are allowed on the furniture. Also, please be mindful when applying sunscreen or tanning oils while seated. Strict Adherence to Rules: -No pets, smoking/vaping, underage drinking, illegal drugs, parties/events, fireworks, or under-age 25 renters are allowed under any circumstances. -Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules must be followed. -Renter/guest to reimburse owner/host for any penalties due to violations. -Violations may result in eviction without refund. *** Please Note: Any damages must be reported on the first day of check-in, within a reasonable timeframe. We will make every effort to promptly repair issues that could impact your stay.
