Please be aware that the design of this house is quite unique where the entire main part of the house is located on the upper floor. 1. After passing the guardhouse, guests can park only a car in the compound / covered garage of this house. If guests bring more than one car, it needs to be parked outside (opposite) the gate of this house - The security guard will assist on where the cars should be parked. 2. To enter this house, our maid will communicate with the tenant to explain on how to access this house. 3. Once the main door is accessible, guests will need to go one floor up by the stairs to enter the main part of this house, where the living room, dining and kitchen is located. Attention: IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR GUEST KNOWLEDGE We would like to remind you that if there are guests who are old or have knee problems, legs that are not strong, or do not have the strength to climb the stairs, we would like to advise the tenant to find an alternative that is more accessible to prevent unwanted things from happening. However, there is no ban for anyone who wants to rent this house. We just feel it is necessary to explain the risks that may occur in this section. Please be informed that, this house has 3 rooms, which each room equipped with 1 Queen-size-bed each room. * The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at this house is 10 pax (adults + children) * Please note that there are no extra pillows or mattresses provided on this premises. You need to bring your own. 6. Photography or videography sessions are allowed in this house with some conditions. The conditions are as follows: i. For personal purposes only i. Filming sessions for commercial purposes are not permitted iii. Filming immoral activities such as pornographic or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. iv. Any installation of props or furniture rearrangement is not allowed v. No vehicles other than registered guest vehicles are allowed to enter this residential area. 7. Guests are expected not to make noise or do anything that may disturbs the neighbors. We expect guests can maintain harmony during the rental period. 8. Like taking care of your own home, we expect guests to be able to keep our premises clean. 9. It is hoped that guests do not damage items in our premises. Any damage that occurs must be borne by the guest. 10. We appreciate it if guests contact us in case there are any complaints and problems.
