The space The house is situated in a peaceful area and is perfect for nature lovers who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet. The patio comes equipped with fire pits, BBQ grill, fenced in dog yard, and an outdoor dining setup, making it perfect for entertaining. Our luxurious three-bedroom house features an art-filled living room and a recreation room with a pool table and a 100” projector for movie night. Additionally, the house features smart home technology and ultra-fast wifi, making it ideal for remote work. The house is only 10 minutes from downtown Easton and 5 minutes from Lafayette College. It is also conveniently located just 20 minutes from the Allentown airport, 1 hour from Newark airport, and 75 miles from NYC. Feeling adventurous? Venture out to one of the many attractions Easton and the Lehigh Valley are known for! Nearby attractions include restaurants, the Poconos, wineries, water parks, skiing, hiking trails, and historic sites. Our house features a fully equipped kitchen with a high-end espresso maker and is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along! Features and amenities include high speed mesh internet, smart TVs, board games, a fully stocked kitchen, linens and towels, beach towels, lawn chairs, comfortable beds, and modern furniture. 3 paddleboards and numerous floaties available for use during the summer. A gas car and EV charger is also available upon request. Other things to note The outdoor space (river plain & dog yard) is shared with an adjacent house on the north side of the property.
