Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain. The space The space is roomy & has tall ceilings and windows. Great for any type of getaway! Only a few miles near historic Jefferson & seconds from downtown Marshall which offers boutique shopping, car shows, farmers markets, fantastic restaurants and other great amenities. Guest access You will be able to access the entire home besides the shed in the yard. Other things to note Please treat this home with the same respect as you would your own or even better!
