Family Villa is a Florida rental home located in the Terra Verde gated resort, near all of the Disney™ attractions. Our four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is the perfect option for a family or group of friends, and the interior is like staying in your home while on vacation. Along with our reasonable rates and inviting interior, you'll have access to many amenities, both indoors and out. The Family Villa home has plenty of room to enjoy during your Florida vacation, including a living room, dining room, kitchen nook, and a family room. Outside, you'll have your own private pool with a screened in porch area to lounge around or have fun in the sun. Don't worry, there's a safety fence around the pool to protect children. Fully equipped kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and drinking glasses are included in the house. Private pool with a heating option for an additional charge. Terra Verde Resort is one of the most sought-after locations for a vacation villa in the Orlando area. The resort is situated in Kissimmee and less than 15 minutes from Disney World and also very close to all the other area attractions such as Universal Studios and SeaWorld. This award-winning resort is a perfect base for your Florida vacation. Once you arrive, you will be greeted at the secure gated entry and then be directed to the Terra Verde clubhouse. At the Resort: + Heated Resort Pool/Hot Tub + Massage Spa /Full Service Pool Side Tiki Bar + Business and Meeting Rooms + Video Arcade and Games + Fully Equipped Fitness Center + Lakeside Trail + Volleyball and Tennis Court + Children Playground Sundry + Gift Shop Extras: Pool Heat: $30.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in) The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $300.00 minimum. Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide the Welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in. Guest access Terra Verde is a private, gated Vacation Home Community and Resort, located within easy reach of the US192 corridor and within 15 minutes of Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and all the other Kissimmee, Orlando, and Florida attractions.
