Get away from it all and relax in this unique 2-container self-contained home in a quiet, rural location within easy reach of Dongara & Port Denison shops, restaurants, cafes and beaches (5 mins car or 30 mins walk). Hear the birds at sunrise, the waves at night (with a W/SW wind) and see the stars after sundown. Stroll in our 3-acre paddock and enjoy sitting under the trees. Walk across our sand hills to Kingy Bay. Loads of parking and well-behaved dogs welcome. Breakfast and cleaning included. The space The unit is totally self-contained, it's light and airy and has 1 bedroom with a comfy queen bed for a single person or couple. There's a small second bedroom so we can accommodate up to 3 guests (adults & children over 12 years only) at an additional $20 per night for a third person. The lounge has a sofa and 50inch TV. There is a bathroom with toilet, wash basin & shower with hot & cold water. The dining area has dining table & chairs, and a fridge-freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need; there is an electric stove for cooking and a gas BBQ on the patio outside. On the patio is a hammock, small sofa and 2 x chairs for relaxing, plus dining table with 6 chairs. In the garden there is a small table and 2 chairs for sitting in the shade and enjoying a drink! If you need anything please ask! We're dog friendly and recently installed an outside warm water shower for washing dogs after a swim! Please ensure to book for your dog when you make your reservation - we welcome and look forward to meeting well behaved dogs (as do Jelly & Marley) but we do need to know they are coming with you. They are welcome inside the unit. Guest access Guests have private access to the unit during their stay and are welcome to walk around the 3-acre paddock (please wear shoes!). The paddock is fully fenced so secure for most dogs (expect the good high jumpers and very small dogs who might get through the wire fence!) Other things to note A light breakfast is provided, we leave it in the unit on the dining table and in the fridge! Drainage wise we're on a septic tank and it is vital that nothing other than natural waste and toilet paper are flushed away. Nappies, wipes (even disposable wipes), sanitary items and anything else must be placed in a bag and put into the outside wheelie bin near the shed. Bags are provided. Kitchen waste must be placed in the bin rather than washed down the sink. The water supply is from a rainwater tank, the water is filtered and treated with UV light before it comes to the unit, it's fine for all use. If you prefer we can leave a container of mains water in the kitchen, there will be a jug of filtered water in the fridge. Please just ask!
