Enjoy incredible beach views at this 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy condo! Birch Bay Beach is just steps away from the top floor condo. Take a lovely stroll or bike ride on the beach path and stop along the way for a drink or bite to eat at several great local spots. During your stay you will have access to the large indoor pool/clubhouse/game room. The open kitchen is well stocked to cook up a nice homemade meal. Eat, drink, play and relax on the the 2 patios/decks overlooking the beautiful bay. This peaceful 2nd story condo is filled with lots of natural light. The main level has a bedroom with a comfy queen bed, large closet, a spacious patio with picnic table/chairs (with a gorgeous view) and a fun loft area for sleeping, playing, or reading. There is a bathroom next to the bedroom with a shower/ bathtub. Past the bathroom is the kitchen and living room. The beautiful bay view can always be enjoyed inside or open up the sliding glass door and have a seat on the peaceful front patio. A small flight of stairs will take you to the master loft bedroom. There is a luxurious king bed and a spacious closet. It looks out over the living room. It has a vanity/sink, shower and separate toilet room. You will have the entire 2 bed 2 bath condo and 2 patios to yourself. Guests can access the shared swimming pool (large!), hot tub, rec/game room, locker room and clubhouse. Birch Bay is a great place to vacation! The people are friendly, there are activities and restaurants within walking distance, and the beach never goes out of style. There is a lovely, new walking/bike riding trail along the waterfront. There is free parking on the premises right outside the unit. These are first come, first served. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance, as well as many attractions just minutes away. You're never far from an adventure! Although we sweep and clean the patios and furniture regularly-a nearby tall tree and the beach breeze occasionally brings pine needles, leaves.
