Vista Valdera is a beautifully presented typical Tuscan apartment in the picturesque medieval town of Chianni. Set within a historic townhouse & Centrally located, we're only a very short walk to the central bars, shops, award winning restaurants and La Chiesa di San Donato (church) dating back to the 13th century. The apartment is famous for having the largest terrace in Chianni and boasts truly magnificent views over the entire Valdera valley. A real gem in in one of Tuscany's quaint towns. The space On entering the apartment you are warmly greeted by a spacious open dining area with a quaint Tuscan fireplace. This dining space also includes a "French balcony" with forest views. To the left and through a typical arched opening you will find a bright country house style galley kitchen including every amenity needed during your stay, featuring a gas stove and large fridge freezer. Leading from here there is another utility area with a washing machine and then the first smaller bathroom. Back through the dining room and to the right you will find an elegant hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom is a good size and has plenty of storage space. Both the additional bedrooms are smaller but cozy and complete. At the end of the elegant hallway are the large double doors on to the grand terrace which also has dual access from a cozy living room to the left. The terrace is extensive in size and features a lounge area with modern furniture, alfresco dining table and chairs, Sun loungers and even an outside sink and food preparation area. All of which are immersed in the magnificent, unspoiled views of the Valdera valley. Guest access Entrance through a communal foyer and up one flight of stairs into the apartment. Other things to note As the apartment is in a historic town house, please respect the neighbours. Chianni is a lively town during the summer months but it is customary to keep music and the banner level on the terrace to a minimum after 11pm. Thank you in advance. It is possible to unload luggage in front of the house, and then there is free roadside parking on the same street just a little further down (literally seconds away). Please be aware that the on the street parking is first come first served. There is also a free public parking lot ~100meters away - next to Anna's bar on the left Electric car charging is available in Chianni at Via Castellinese 8. Currently there are four charging spots. The place is about one minute drive from the apartment There is a public open-air swimming pool in Chianni (open during the summer months) only 10-15min walk away, and thermal spa baths in nearby Casciana Terme.
