The space This house is a two unit residence and this apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath upstairs unit (up somewhat steep stairs). Guests benefit from having their own private entrance and can come and go as they please. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. There is a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove/oven and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. The living room has a comfy couch with a Netflix and Hulu capable smart TV and WiFi. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed, night stand, and closet to hang your clothing if desired. The bathroom has a typical stand up shower and single sink. There is plenty of street parking close to the house. As a note, this is a historic home with its cosmetic flaws but is a solid building in a great area that provides access to all Omaha has to offer. Guest access This is the upper unit of a duplex where you will have your own private entrance and complete access to enjoy the whole apartment. There are both a few step and a set of stairs to enter this unit. The stairs are a little steep but very manageable. There is parking in front of the units as well on the side street. The unit is conventionally located close to the interstate enabling an easy commute to anywhere in Omaha.
