With super-fast Wi-Fi and Smart TV streaming, every detail has been thought of for an stress-free, memorable stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden but not the garage. Other things to note 🚗 Parking You’ll have one private parking space at the rear of the property in front of our garage, with clear instructions provided. You’re also welcome to use the off-road spaces at the front – we’ll include all the details so you can park stress-free. ⸻ 🛠 During Your Stay If anything comes up during your stay, please let us know straight away so we can help and fix it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or discounts for issues reported after check-out. ⸻ 💦 Hot Tub Info & Safety Our hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled between every stay. Sometimes it may take a little while to reach the perfect temperature after check-in. Please follow these safety rules: • Use the hot tub 10am–9pm only. • No alcohol or drugs while using the hot tub. • Always remove the cover fully before entering. • Take care getting in and out – no running! • Do not put your head underwater – the high temperature can be dangerous. • Water temperature must not exceed 40°C. • Children under 5 cannot use the hot tub. • No glass in or around the tub. If glass breaks, exit immediately and contact us. • Use the hot tub with at least one other person present. The elderly or infirm should never be left alone. Children must be supervised at all times. If the hot tub stops working through no fault of your own, we may offer a refund up to £25 per day while it’s out of service. Please take care: any damage caused by guests may incur additional charges, payable in full.
