Simple but cozy decor, a little old-fashioned with original terracotta tiles and original Cassis stone sink. Guest access Entire accommodation Other things to note Thanks to its 3 large windows, this apartment is very bright, in winter too. In summer the sun will not hit the windows directly, which makes it possible to keep it cooler (remember to close the shutters during the day to keep it cool). A ceiling fan has recently been installed (not in the photos). Please note that the mezzanine ladder is not suitable for people with mobility problems. The bathroom has a ceiling height of 187 cm, so very tall people should be careful of their heads. Normally there is coffee, dishwashing liquid, shower gel/shampoo as well as basic condiments and a well-equipped kitchen. I try to provide coffee etc to make life easier for tenants, but sometimes there may be a miss if tenants do not replace what they have consumed. This apartment is my place of residence year-round, so it's not a hotel Airbnb, but more in the spirit of renting "with friends". The cleaning and linen service is provided by a specialized company, hence the price on which I make no margin. Ref one of the comments: The shower hose is repaired and I invested in a more upscale sofa bed for more comfort. Keys are available in a store 500 m away, so 5-7 minutes' walk from the apartment.
