The space LOCATION: The exact location of the property is: VX98+35 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. You can search for 'The snow bros.' in Paper mill colony, near Nishatganj on Gmaps to get the exact location. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: This Airbnb is a secondary accommodation unit inside a house and has a separate entrance. This secondary accommodation unit is a duplex with a set of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on both floors. The whole duplex is included with the booking. The secondary unit is private, only our staff and hosts use the common outside area as a passageway. The main house unit does not interfere with the provided secondary unit, and the entire secondary unit is offered to the guests. TERRACE, PATIO AND OUTSIDE SEATING AREAS: The terrace patio area and the outside seating space is included too. You can enjoy these outside areas till 9 PM, after which we close these areas as it's a residential property. BEDROOMS: The 2 bedrooms offers a comfortable place to relax and get that good sleep. We offer a smart TV to catch up with all your favourite shows and movies!. Please bring your own logins for apps. WARDROBE: Our aesthetic walk-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for all your belongings. KITCHENS: The Kitchen comes well-equipped with all the amenities you would need for a quick meal with gas stove and on the first floor and another gas stove on the ground floor kitchen along with utensils like kadhai, fry pan, sauce/chai pan, pressure cooker and basic cutlery. BATHROOMS: The bathrooms offer a spacious and vibrant atmosphere and comes with an attached geyser to freshen up. The first floor bathroom comes with an attached bathtub. OUTSIDE SEATING AREA: The outside seating area is beautifully decorated for a perfect candle-light dinner and to get some fresh air! Guest access The property is a secondary accommodation unit. In addition to that, a common outdoor space is offered to the guests by the host as described in the pictures. There's a separate entrance towards the property and everything is labelled for clarity. Feel free to reach out to the host in case of any confusion. Other things to note The property is located near Badshahnagar railway station. Expect frequent train noises We welcome everyone! Common areas include outside sitting area and pantry The property is located very close to the Badshahnagar railway station, expect frequent trains passing by. The terrace patio area and the outside seating space is included too. You can enjoy these outside areas till 9 PM, after which we close these areas as it's a residential property. We provide additional paid services like a caretaker, candle-light dinner arrangements and many more!. Contact the hosts for the same :) We have a strict policy on our checkout timing: -After half an hour (ie: after 10:30 AM) of checkout time, guests will be reported and penalized the whole day fee and/or might be evicted from the property. It is the guests' responsibility to check out on time. Please note: We can only help with the checkin from 10AM to 7PM IST. If you decide to check in later, instructions will be shared to you, but no one will be available to help you with the check-in. We have Jio-wifi at our property, in case of any problems with the Wi-Fi, inform the host - we will register a complaint with Jio and it usually takes them 24-48 hrs to fix the problem (except weekends). EARLY/LATE CHECKIN: Early checkin depends on the availability of the property and the cleaning, please understand that an early checkin is an optional complimentary service from your host and not a part of your booking. I try my best to facilitate my guests with an early checkin, but please be patient with us. We will be communicative with you if we can offer it, thanks for your understanding. If you want to do an early Checkin, charges for the whole day are applicable. If I don’t get bookings for the day before then I will facilitate you with a free early Checkin. However, I can only let you know about the early Checkin on the day of your booking and not before.
