In the basement, there are two more queen bedrooms and a room with two bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom). As we said…there are plenty of beds. Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees. External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking. Contactless Check-In The home is located on a beautiful golf course, neighborhood has lots of mature beautiful trees and wildlife regularly (you are sure to see deer on your visit!). The home has lush landscaping and a great outdoor entertainment area with the deck setup. Perfect place to watch the sunset (in a hot tub even!). The neighborhood golf clubhouse has a restaurant and bar. Quiet neighborhood Shenanigans is an Irish Pub that does karaoke, dancing, and fun activities and has good food if looking for some local nightlife. Terra Cottage Cafe is great for breakfast and lunch. Hog Heaven Ice Cream is delicious!
