Our home is located 5 blocks away from the #1 beach in the USA! Walk to Siesta Key Beach Access 7, shops, dining, Siesta Key Trolley stops and SCAT bus line. Guests will step back in time in this clean mid-century home, featuring sparkling terrazzo flooring and comfortable furnishings, including 3 brand new Queen beds, a flex space which doubles as a bed/live/work room, and a large screened shared outdoor lounge area. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with ample parking. The home is equipped with fast wi-fi, 4 smart TVs, 3 separate smart keyed private entry options, and separate living areas - a shared outdoor screened in lounge area, with full laundry and a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and 2 bikes for your use (please acknowledge waiver of liability). One of the bedrooms has a couch and large drafting table/workspace with computer monitor so you can work fast and comfortably from your 'home away from home'. There is also a brick patio with a small cafe table and a grill, a well-equipped kitchen, and a garden bench in our front garden. So many places to relax and enjoy our safe space in Sarasota's Pine Shores neighborhood, "A Community with Character....Where Time is Pleasant!" The entire property is yours to enjoy, and features three separate keypad entry’s. Guests may enjoy the screened-in outdoor lounge area, brick paver patio with outdoor grill in the back, front garden with bench seating. Please note, there is a separate, detached efficiency onsite, which may be occupied. Guest access to this unit is through the shared screened in lounge area. We're just a few short blocks from great dining and drinks at Daquiri Deck, Captain Curt's, and Crescent Club! This home was built in 1958; the bathrooms have original cast iron plumbing. The drains may be slower than you’re used to! New window treatments are on back order. I made some notes on the wall on how to operate the blinds! You may have to ‘help’ the blinds in the orange bedroom by tugging on the strings on the left-hand side. Please note there is a separate efficiency on site and you may see a guest access their unit through the shared lounge area. Garbage night is Tuesday.
