This space is the perfect retreat for your visit to Kentucky! *Each guest on the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to booking The space Fully renovated in October 2023 with stainless steel appliances, lofted ceilings, and walls of windows overlooking breathtaking views. This second level guesthouse features its own private patio, a gorgeous bedroom with a King size bed and Dream Cloud Mattress--heaven! One full bathroom, a laundry room and ample storage. Your hosts have considered every detail in designing this space for your enjoyment. We are surrounded by horse farms and do not control the migration of horses through surrounding paddocks so we cannot guarantee when horses will be out and about. * Keeneland - 14 min. * Airport - 14 min. * Rupp Arena - 20 min. * Kroger Field - 20 min. * Kentucky Horse Park - 35 min. Guest access This a completely private home for guests with private parking, entry, and outdoor patio. Please note you will have to climb stairs to access this space as it is on the second level. *Since initial photos were taken, a breezeway connecting lower level garage to main house has been added. This does not impact guest entrance or space but will be captured in future photos. The garage is used by homeowners so you may hear a garage door open or close during your stay.
