The space ⮞ 680 sqft / 63 m² of space ⮞ Located in a walkable neighborhood ⮞ Private west facing balcony with outdoor furniture ⮞ Living space complete with a sleep sofa and smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube accounts. ⮞ Unit's bedroom features a cozy Queen size bed ⮞ Twin size pullout bed in the den area ⮞ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. ⮞ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove. ⮞ Clean and sanitized full bathroom with bathtub ⮞ In-unit washer and dryer machines for guests to use IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Guest access • Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months. • NO FREE PARKING. Other things to note • The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. • Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off.
