We worked hard to keep the charm of the mountain lodge while creating spaces that make our guests feel at home. Guest access We are a fully contactless, mountain neighborhood resort destination. You will receive detailed check in instructions prior to your arrival and the home will be ready for you. Other things to note Our indoor fireplace is decorative for the time being - please enjoy the outdoor fire pit. Included in your stay are two adult guest passes to enjoy the Waterville Estates Community Center which includes a game room, gym, hot tub, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool and pond beach access in the summer. Additional guests can use facilities for a fee (all children 7 and under are free). The driveway can fit three cars tightly and on-street parking is not allowed in the winter. Please make your travel plans knowing there is only enough space for three cars.
