Relax at the quieter, north end of Sunriver - minutes from shops and restaurants in the Village or 20 minutes to Bend. The space The townhome has everything for a great Sunriver adventure. Relax in one of the 3 bedrooms and rejuvenate in the 2.5 bathrooms or private hot tub. Head out for an adventure around Sunriver at the SHARC using our complimentary passes and bicycles. BEDS & BATHS: The main bedroom upstairs has a brand new king bed and its own bathroom. There's a half bath upstairs next to the living space. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and a walk out to the covered hot tub, the other with the other has two twin beds. Shared full bathroom for the ground floor rooms. LIVING ROOM: Stream all of your favorite TV shows from the living room or kitchen table. Enjoy new modern furniture and our favorite cozy blankets. During the winter or chilly evenings, stay warm inside in front of the gas fireplace. Cool off during hot summer days in the air conditioning. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from seasonings to cooking utensils and ready for you to prepare a quick breakfast before you venture out or share a special dinner as you unwind. On the deck, there's a propane grill. GARAGE: Park in the garage to keep your car warm and out of the snow or cool during the hot summer days. Additional parking is in front of the garage and nearby. STAY COOL: Enjoy central air conditioning to stay cool during the summer months. The SHARC offers an indoor poor during the winter and outdoor pool with slides and a lazy river in the summer.
