The Rustic Rooster - Cozy Cabin in the woods

The rustic rooster is a cozy little cabin nestled in the woods of the quaint East Texas town of Ben Wheeler. Just a short 15 minute drive from Canton and First Monday Trade Days makes this the perfect get-away. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has one bedroom downstairs + an open lofted bedroom, accessed only by a loft ladder. You will be greeted by 2 friendly Great Pyrenees! Visit the chicken coop, enjoy sitting by the pond, or sit around the campfire (spring/fall). The space One bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The additional sleeping area is an upstairs loft accessible only by a loft ladder. I do not recommend children under the age of 12 staying in the loft. A blow-up Queen bed is available if preferred. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin as well as the pond area, outhouse and the fire pit (typically available in fall/spring). By request, we offer a brief guided tour of the barn animals, chicken coop and rabbits. Other things to note We are a small hobby farm so you may see chickens free-ranging on the property. We also have rabbits, goats and pigs.
