From our place, you can reach St. Mark’s Square and all the wonders of the lagoon, while in the evening, you can come back to relax in a quieter, more authentic area. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the bed and breakfast. At night, the service is guaranteed from 12:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. on the night line. Venice Mestre train station is a 10-minute walk away. Other things to note In compliance with the regulations of the municipality of Venice, an invoice will be issued at the time of check-in and the tourist tax will be collected on behalf of the municipality. The amount is 2.10 euros per person per night in high season, with a reduced rate of 1 euro for children from 10 to 16 years old. In low season, the tax is 1.50 euros per person per night, with a reduction to 0.70 euros for children from 10 to 16 years old.
