The space This is a full hardwood floor-through guest room on the 2nd floor (1 flights up). Guests will have access to the newly renovated room, which has A/C units for year-round comfort. In addition, the bedrooms have a queen size bed with a ceiling fan provided for your convenience. Private office space for remote working with the view of the streets. It is possible to schedule an early luggage drop off if you let us know in advance. Early check-in and late check-out times may be arranged. Laundry House - 521 Ocean Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11226 - has pretty new and clean machines. But you have to swap your clothes yourself. They said they are going to offer wash & fold soon. Other things to note There is high speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the unit , with 3 A/C units for cooling and heating, a smart lock for self check-in and everything you will need to feel right at home. Also complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body lotion. Plus There are no washer and dryer provided within the apartment. There is security; as there are cameras in the hallway going into the apartment and front door. The guest room can only accommodate two adult guests at once per reservation. This area is a no-smoking (in any form) environment. Smoking in the area will result in an additional cleaning fee of $495. The environment is also non-pet friendly.
