Cozy loft with mountain views

Located in Montbonnot in the heart of Grésivaudan, facing the Belledonne range and at the foot of the Chartreuse. The loft consists of: A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a 160 x 200 bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets. The space Our loft is quiet, it is carefully decorated. Bed sheets, towels and dish towels are provided. The sofa is convertible and can therefore accommodate a child or teenager. We prepare a box of essentials for your arrival. Guest access Check yourself in and out with the lockbox. You can access the accommodation from the outside, at the back of our house through a garden that is reserved for you. Other things to note Located 5 minutes from Innovallée Montbonnot and Meylan. 10 min from the Crolles and Bernin industrial park (ST Microeletronics and Soitec). We are also a 15-minute drive from Grenoble city center. We are also 25 minutes from St Hilaire du Touvet (Icare Cup). We are also lucky to be at the foot of 3 ski resorts (30 min from 7 Laux, 45 min from Chamrousse and 20 min from Col de Porte). We have a shed to leave your mountain gear.
