Located in the foothills of San Tan Valley, this Modern Airstream has all the features needed! Close to hiking, Golf, food, etc. Wow! You Decide! The space Private property, Airstream RV, Airstream-Del Sol in the foothills of San Tan Valley, AZ, on 1.3 walled acres. welcomes you! Pool and Putting Green! Private entrance….Private Parking… Primary bedroom with Queen bed, TV, Ceiling Fan and drawers with 2 closets. Bedside table with usb plug! Kitchen includes microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, (gas) keurig single serve coffee machine, etc. Dining table/ booth (red leather!) can be used for a work space or eating! You can also pull the bedroom TV around and watch from the booth! Fast speed Wi-Fi. Ceiling fan! Bathroom includes shower, sink, and porcelain stool. Covered Patio overlooks courtyard with grill and seating area to watch sunsets! (There are only 3 steps to get into the airstream/ RV) On other side is pool, putting green, cabana and corn hole. Check out the e- guide book for great area suggestions! Cabana by pool includes a table, couch, and solar lighting, to enjoy meals by the pool. All decor is tastefully done in SouthWestern Arizona style. All windows include shades. (Main home on property is separately walled within the 1.3 acres) This is ideal for adults as the pool is steps from the RV Airstream and is not fenced separately. For safety reasons, children under 13 are not allowed because the RV/ Airstream opens to the pool. Uber and Lyft does serve this area, or bring a car. Restaurants are not walkable, some deliver. We are in a peaceful, hobby farm area that is close driving distance to what you will need. Listed in our e-guidebook or in our book in the Airstream. These amenities are private to Casita & Airstream guests. Other things to note Please turn on the water heater 20-30 minutes prior to use, and off when not in use. Please place trash by main house garage, if your first big black trash bin gets full. If your bathroom sink water stops- it is just a button under that faucet, (it is a safety mechanism) just push the button where the water usually comes out, and it will start working again. First 30 gallons of propane for stove, oven and furnace are provided for free. If you need additional it is an additional 60.00. During your stay.
