Freestone house completely renovated and located in a quiet residential area and in a pleasant green setting, 10-minute walk to the city center Located in Commercy, the city of Madeleine, with its castle, its Museum of Ceramics and Ivories, the Priory of Breuil and its large park, listed as one of the most beautiful detours in France, flowery city, a cinema, an aquatic center, a sports complex, 2 playgrounds The space The house consists of a ground floor, with an entrance in a 6 m² veranda, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking (pots, pans, cutlery... as well as an oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster), a living room equipped with 2 3-seater sofas +TV, toilets, a storage room for household appliances and cleaning products (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board available, cleaning products available) and terrace access to the back of the house through an 8 m2 veranda The floor includes - 3 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds - Beds will be made upon guest arrival - bathroom with shower + 2 sinks Exterior: – inner courtyard for parking max. 2 cars + small garden – terrace at the back overlooking garden and small wood Guest access Guests will have access to: - the front yard and the backyard of the house - various garden amenities: table, chairs, lounge chairs, sun umbrella, charcoal barbecue on request The wardrobes in each bedroom and the bathroom closet will remain available All rooms in the house are accessible (except garage and attic) Other things to note Guests can use the condiments left on site (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard) as well as for breakfast (sugar, jam, coffee, filters) Baby equipment can be made available in the house on request: high chair, baby bed – Pets not allowed – No smoking allowed - Cleaning fee: €25 - Cleaning will be done after your stay but a good vacuuming will be appreciated - Owners next to the house => Booking for a minimum of 2 nights on weekends and 3 nights on weekdays. House rules will be presented to you upon check-in to ensure a comfortable stay.
