Guest access Free, safe parking available at the end of the Lockhart St and Lehigh Ave. From 9-5 parking in front of the building is metered. Street parking is free from 5 pm to 9AM weekdays and weekends. Other things to note THE NEIGHBORHOOD Downtown business/residential area which borders surrounding small towns of Waverly and Athens SAFETY No one has access to the home except for myself, my fiance, property manager, maintenance people and son who may access the home during the day. I will be available if needed. I have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion to restock or stop to say hello.
