Modern interior with 3 separate bedrooms and a large living room well suited for dinner and socialization. The apartment is well suited for both families and friends. Crib, toys and baby chair available. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including soft towels and high quality bed clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and close to Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena within 15 minutes walk. If you would like to explore Stockholm City, it’s just 9 minutes away with the metro. The space Master bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm), second bedroom have a bunk bed (140 cm) and 90 cm on the top. In the third bedroom you will find a single bed that is 80 cm wide that can be extended to 160 cm. We also have a 85 cm wide sofa with a mattress for extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment is very childfriendly with child chairs, toys, games and pussles. Before booking: Please read and accept our house rules at the bottom of the text. The entire flat is at your disposal and include: -Free WiFi -Beds have bed linen -Towels are available in the apartment -Shampoo, conditioner and body soap -Hairdryer -Complimentary toiletries -Complimentary coffee and tea -Iron and ironing board -Washing machine and dryer. Guest access You will have the entire apartment for yourselves. Note that we have our personal belonging in our apartment, please be respectful and do not touch these. Other things to note Apartment size is 81 sqm with a balcony at the 6th floor. There is an elevator in the building that takes you all the way up to our apartment. HOUSE RULES: 1. Any form of illegal activity in the apartment will be reported. 2. With respect for neighbors, no partying (including "events" with friends) is allowed. 3. No smoking whatsoever – this also means no smoking by the windows or at the balcony. The board has forbidden smoking even in the courtyard and in connection with the property. 4. No pets allowed, please respect this since we are allergic. 5. Strictly no guests except for confirmed guests in the booking and from our side explicitly agreed further guests in communication.
