The space Upstairs - Entrance, 1 bedroom with private exit to the porch, living room, kitchen, laundry room and toilet/shower. The bed is 180x200. Downstairs - 2 bedrooms, toilet and a basement living room that can also be used for bedrooms as it has a double sofa bed. The beds are 160x200, 180x200 and a good sofa bed with a mattress topper of 140×200. Basement living room/bedroom 4 also has office space with PC connection. It also has its own exit to the terrace/garden. At the bottom of the stairs is a hallway with a wardrobe. There is 1 cot 120x60 in the house (travel bed) without duvet and bed linen. Up to 2 extra travel beds can also be set up if needed. Let us know in case!! There are 8 regular parking spaces. On the entrance side there are 2-3 parking spaces. There are also other available parking options nearby. Guest access You have the entire house available except for a storage room Other things to note - In some cases, the house can be rented out the same day as another tenancy ends. For the sake of allergy sufferers and neighbors - No noise after 11 pm. - Check-out before 11 am - The house is vacuumed, cleaned, garbage is taken out and bedding is taken off and put in a washing machine that is started before departure. - Check-in after 4 PM.
