Eco-lodge in a Wildlife Reserve 20km from Puerto Barrios, Guatemala The space Welcome to the Guatemalan Caribbean! Our Eco-lodge can only be accessed by boat. Our rooms are ready for you! We have a private Beach and Restaurant. We offer activities for all ages like Jet Ski, snorkeling, and a Waterslide that goes straight to the sea (much more). You will not only be surrounded by nature but by our favorite guests: the Spider Monkeys that live on our property. Hence our name, Monkey Beach House! We also do Tours around the Peninsula to Cayos De Belize, Río Dulce, Siete Altares. All rooms have their own bathroom. We have bunk beds and double beds, please tell us which room you would like to stay in. We can accommodate the room as you indicate. The rooms have A/C and we have WIFI and TV. Guest access Monkey Beach House can only be accessed by boat. If you need us to pick you up in Puerto Barrios, please let us know. Other things to note We have a Big Kitchen where you can stock your food and cook comfortably. Please keep in mind that our house is not connected to roads so to get more food items you will need to travel by boat to restock. Round trips to restock have additional prices please message us for more information. There is no staff on the island (unless a cook is requested), If you request to have the restaurant open for you please inform us so we can give you a quote for this service they will cook Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Also, you will have the house to yourself But all additional activities like Tours around the area, and water activities need to be programmed with us before, and it's an additional cost. Please message us for more information Lastly, we are proud that our energy comes from solar panels so please be mindful of turning on the A/C when you are not in the house.
