Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided. The space We were looking for an Anne of Green Gables-inspired property and this old farmhouse was the perfect fit! It's on a spacious double lot, plenty of parking in the front. The backyard is fully fenced, so spacious and very private. Access to a private dock for year-round fishing, you'll see eagles and bunnies, hear birds chirping, and there are lots of mature plants, trees and flowers to enjoy.
