Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided. We were looking for an Anne of Green Gables-inspired property and this old farmhouse was the perfect fit! It's on a spacious double lot, plenty of parking in the front. The backyard is fully fenced, so spacious and very private. Access to a private dock for year-round fishing, you'll see eagles and bunnies, hear birds chirping, and there are lots of mature plants, trees and flowers to enjoy. Great location 15 mins to Costco/ shopping, Locals Coffee and Paddle Pub 5 mins away, 1-hour to Seattle. Enjoy the entire house and backyard. There are lifejackets in the shed by the lawn chairs. Fish and swim off the dock. Use of the pedal boats, kayaks and paddleboards I live 15 mins away, you can call/text me if you need anything. The neighbors/hood is very quiet and serene. You'll see eagles, osprey and ducks, there is also a resident river otter. NEARBY: 5-10 minutes to The Paddle Pub, Lake Goodwin Convenience Store, and the Lake Goodwin Community Park (nice playground great for kids). Both the nearby restaurants make take-out food. Country Burger is closed for renovations but there's a terrific coffee stand there called Locals. 15-20 minutes to Costco, Target, Best Buy, and more restaurants.
