Masseria Specchiulla, Casa Agave

In an ancient Salento Masseria in Otranto, the Masseria Specchiulla, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub facing the sea, we recovered the Ancient Tobacco Dryer and created three comfortable independent houses, with garden and air conditioning. The sea is about 700 meters, reachable on foot walking through the wood and the Mediterranean scrub. Sand and rock beach, and natural dunes. The space The Agave house is one of the three apartments we have built inside the ancient Tobacco Dryer, recently restored. The Siccatoio is inside the Masseria Specchiulla, behind the central body. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is independent, although adjacent to the other two, and is very quiet and reserved, with its own outdoor space for exclusive use and separate from the adjacent house. Each house is about 45 square meters, and is composed of ground floor and mezzanine. On the mezzanine floor there is the king size bed (180x200 cm) and the closet (very large and deep). On the ground floor there is the living room with fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, dishes and pots, etc.), bathroom with shower and two sinks with shower and two sinks on a travertine shelf. Also on the ground floor is the living area with table and chairs and with two beds (90x200 cm). The refrigerator is large and the TV is 43”. The house has air conditioning and mosquito nets.
