Welcome to our cozy, newly remodeled 5-bedroom home in a peaceful neighborhood! Ideal for families or couples, it offers modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a coffee bar, washer/dryer, and off-street parking. Just a short walk to Main Street’s shops and restaurants — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy small-town charm. The space This home offers 2 comfortable bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen-size bed, along with a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Please note, there is no formal dining room, so seating for meals is limited. In the basement, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a full bed, plus a second full bathroom. Two of the basement bedrooms share an open doorway separated by a curtain rather than a door, offering a more open and flexible space. The laundry room is also conveniently located in the basement. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard, including a grill and swing set. Entry is secure and keyless via the front door keypad—no physical keys needed. Please note the laundry room has an exposed water heater. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the laundry room. Other things to note Security: For the safety of our guests and property, we have two Ring doorbell cameras installed at exterior entry points. No indoor cameras.
