The Toad Tree is set in the Jewel of the South Coast, Southbroom. The space With white epoxy floors, white walls and ceilings, a splash of colour in the decor and timber furnishings The Toad tree is a refreshing take on on a "beach house". The open plan living area with kitchen, dining room living room lends itself to social gatherings around meal times. With the first patio with built-in, custom braai/barbeque straight through the sliding doors off the kitchen, alfresco dining amongst the toad trees is a must. Walk down the passage to the 3 main ensuite bedrooms to your left all opening through large sliding doors onto a balcony where you can soak up views of the mahogany tree, or look up the valley along the river where the sun sets can be magical. To the right are 2 smaller rooms, one of which is for the children, and a full guest bathroom with a walk in shower. Walk down the staircase to the garage, and huge entertainment area. In the entertainment area is a large kiaat bar, under counter fridge, ice machine, Pool Table, Ping Pong, Foosball, Dart board and a 55" TV to catch up on sport or to play music through. Through the large stacking glass doors is the pool area. There is a large timber deck with sun loungers, another table and chairs for eating straight off another built in braai area. There is also a gas braai under cover for those rainy nights. Through the garage is a small laundry with a washing machine and deep freezer. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note While there are stairs, we have always managed to push a wheel chair down the driveway to get from upstairs to downstairs. We have installed grab rails in on of the 3 main en suite bedrooms so we consider our place "partially" wheel chair friendly with a bit of assistance as we have done for many years ourselves.
