Come and discover our magnificent equestrian property in the heart of the Mormal state forest, the largest forest in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, in the municipality of Locquignol. With these 100 kilometers of horse trails and the deer rut in September, whether you are a rider or not, you will enjoy our beautiful region, with family or friends. Locquignol is located within the Avesnois Regional Nature Park, 1 hour from Lille, 10 minutes from Belgium and less than 5 minutes from the highways. The space You will have a beautiful property of 5000 m² (house and land) in the countryside at the foot of the equestrian trails and the Mormal Forest. An atypical house, hunting lodge style, will surprise you with its large pleasant and functional living space. Ground floor: - an equipped kitchen, a large living room with living room & family dining room. - a bathroom with bathtub and shower and double sink. FIRST FLOOR: - 8 beds: 2 beds of 160 cm, 1 large sofa bed, and 1 bunk bed 2 x 90*200 cm All linens are provided: bed linen, shower towels, shower mats, tea towels. OUTSIDE: - a garden with barbecue, garden furniture - a large parking lot Riders, you will find everything you need for your horses: - a stable with 4 boxes - a paddock - a cleaning area.
