The property is located about 1km from Dromana beach. The house is dual-living with a quiet couple living on the top floor of the property. The apartment has its own entry point with private facilities including bathroom, laundry, balcony, BBQ & kitchen. Both levels are completely separated. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES The space The property boasts some great features that makes you and your guests feel like they are at home. The property offers Wifi, a great entertaining & outdoor area. The property is brand new, built in 2021, with high end appliances. the apartment has its own central heating and cooling system for your comfort and is fitted with LED lights that is equipped with dimmers. BEDROOMS Main bedroom is facing the beautiful view of the bay. It features a king size bed & a sliding wardrobe. Second bedroom features two king single beds with their own sliding wardrobe. Third bedroom features two single beds with a cloth rack. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Cook and eat in our brand new kitchen. This is a great way for everyone to come together, eat and relax. Kitchen features all new appliances including a dishwasher, oven/microwave/ grill (All-in-One), Electric stove top and refrigerator. A few steps away is our dinner table. * Cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar as well as tea, coffee, milk and sugar will be available upon your arrival for convenience. Along side the dining area is a cozy reading space which features two comfortable recliners and a coffee table sharing the beautiful view of the beach. Maybe some books on the shelf may interest you. THE LOUNGE A spacious lounge room featuring a comfortable sitting space. A smart TV is available here for your entertainment. BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY Brand new bathroom with floor heating for your comfort. A large stand-alone bathtub and a shower are also available. The laundry features a modern dryer with an ironing function, washing machine and vacuum. A clothes line is available in the backyard and another cloths rack is available to use indoors if necessary. OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA The Balcony has a large dining table which is another way to eat and view the bay. Let's not forget the large garden that is available for everyone to sit and enjoy. A BBQ is also available on the deck. PARKING Available on the street for free. PETS We LOVE pets. However, our space is not pet friendly as we do not have fencing around the property and our home is pet free!! We’ll supply doona covers, mattress protectors, pillow protectors and toilet paper for your convenience. NOTE: Linen and towels are all provided Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment and will not share any of its facilities. The upstairs apartment is separated and completely independent to the downstairs one. Each apartment has their own access point and facilities as described.
