The space The Master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of storage space, including a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds whilst the third bedroom offers a single bed also. The living room has a large sofa, a TV an Amazon Fire stick which comes with Netflix and Amazon prime, and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped, complete with a washing machine, fridge and freezer, along with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom comes with a bath, shower, toilet and sink. There is also an external games room which comes with a ping pong table and a pool table. This is shared with the adjoining cottage. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property during their stay. The property is NOT shared with anyone else. Other things to note Pets are welcome at an additional cost of £50 per stay to cover the extra cleaning required. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
