Modern Desert Oasis - Chandler Retreat

Beautiful modern desert inspired home in the heart of Chandler. Our home has vaulted ceilings and an open concept living / dining / kitchen area. There is also a beautiful fenced back yard with a covered patio, seating, and bbq. Make your stay in Arizona wonderful by staying at our home. The space Come enjoy our brand new home in an amazing location. Our home is truly beautiful, and we want to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Our home has a 72” smart TV in the living room, and a TV in the master bedroom. There are also Amazon Echo Dots through out the home. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to cook and host. There are also spices provided. There are 3 bedrooms featuring 1 king and 2 queen beds with access to an air mattress which would allow up to 8 guests sleeping comfortably. There are also extra towels, linens, pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort. There is a washer and dryer available for our guests use. We are thrilled that you are interested in staying with us and hope you truly enjoy your stay. Other things to note: **Check-in time is 4pm or later. **Check-out is 11am. **No events allowed including weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. **No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, weed, etc) Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Please park only in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of the house on the street. Do not park in front of neighbors houses. There is no key needed to come and go as you please, but please remember to lock the door before leaving, and return the garage door remote. Our landscapers come every 4 weeks in the afternoon on Mondays. If you are staying there then there will be a little bit of noise, but they shouldn't take more than about an hour weeding, and cleaning up the front and back of the house. Please do not put anything in the blue recycle container on the side of the house as it is not taken out to the street. There is a large dumpster in the back alley way on the other side of the fence to use for any trash or recyclables.
