The property is a 2 minute drive to the historic Dry Creek General Store, 8-10 minutes to downtown Healdsburg and Lake Sonoma, and is conveniently located near dozens of local wineries, award winning restaurants and boutique shops making it an ideal spot for your luxurious wine country getaway. The space This well-appointed, luxurious 940sf custom built structure sits on a gated 30-acre vineyard and is equipped with Wolf, Subzero and Bosch appliances and Restoration Hardware furniture. It has a nice, bright, and open floor plan. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine sitting on the private 295 sf covered porch looking out at vineyards on all sides and the stunning western hills of gorgeous Dry Creek Valley. Other things to note The property is a working vineyard and it is surrounded by other vineyards, so sometimes vineyard workers are here early in the morning or during the days tending to the vines. We harvest at night to pick the grapes while it's cool. If you're lucky enough to stay with us during one of the 4 or 5 harvest nights each fall you can come watch parts of it (midnight to early morning). It's an exciting time! Also, on the rare occasion where temperatures in the valley drop below 35 degrees at night (Apr- Oct time frame) you'll likely hear the whir of vineyard fans that protect vineyards on the valley floor from frost.
