3 Bed Tiny House in Culpeper w/ Kitchen & Firepit!

Welcome to our cozy tiny house in Culpeper, VA! This is the perfect retreat for couples/small groups looking for a unique & memorable experience. W/ open 2 lofts & a pull out couch this home sleeps up to 6 guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy cooking. The composting toilet is an eco-friendly alternative w/o giving up convenience. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit & lounge area or visit some of the nearby attractions like Shenandoah National Park, shops downtown, & Death Ridge Brewery! The space Our tiny house is a compact and efficient living space designed to maximize functionality and comfort. Despite its small size, it offers a well-organized layout that makes the most of every square inch. The full kitchen is a central feature of the tiny house, and it is designed to provide all the essential amenities needed for cooking and food preparation. It includes plenty of counter space, a large farmhouse sink, 2-burner gas stove and a midsize fridge that can store all your food items. There is storage for dry goods in the cabinets and they also house a variety of pots and pans, dishes, and utensils. There is a large toaster oven that can fit a full-size frozen pizza, as well as a compact microwave so you have multiple ways to cook a cozy meal! The living area boasts a 50 inch tv with access to several streaming services including Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix. Lounge on the large couch to watch a movie, or have a game night with some of our mini board games! The coffee table features a lift top, so your meals and board games can be enjoyed on the couch. The couch isn't only for lounging, as it pulls out to a full size bed! On the other side of the house is the bathroom, with a walk-in shower, mini vanity, and composting toilet. In the shower there is space for self-care products, but if you have forgotten something essential, we have provided body soap, shampoo and conditioner. The bathroom has plenty of shelf space to keep personal care items, and an extendable, lighted, magnifying mirror. The composting toilet is easy to use and is environmentally friendly. It is the most advanced waterless, urine-diverting toilet available. There is a child's seat accessory that can be placed on top of the toilet seat to make using the toilet even easier for little bodies! The best part about this toilet is that it is vented to the outside and there is no smell inside! The two open lofts are accessed by ladders that are true to the tiny house lifestyle, as they are stored in a compact form, and can be extended for use. The lofts are designed to serve as separate sleeping areas, providing a degree of privacy despite the compact layout. One loft contains a queen size bed and the other contains a full XL bed. Both are outfitted with several comfortable pillows and soft, clean, white bedding. The living space continues to the outdoor area. Enjoy the comfortable patio set and relax in the Adirondack chairs by the firepit and roast marshmallows for smores! Overall, our tiny house is a cozy and functional space that is going to make your trip to Culpeper one to remember! *Please make sure to read the additional house rules as our tiny house does have some unique features that we want all guests to understand* Guest access You'll have access to the entire tiny home, the outdoor area, and the grassy area immediately surrounding the tiny house. There is a shed nearby that is not accessible by guests. Other things to note The resident in the main house of the property is not the tiny house host. Please only enjoy the patio area of the tiny house and the grassy area close to the big shed, as well as the grassy area to the left of the tiny house (as you’re looking at it.). Please do not approach the main house or their fenced area. Thank you!
