Pricing is based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking (maximum 4 guests). Ground Floor • 1 bedroom with AC • Attached bathroom • Bedding: 1 double bed + 1 single bed • Small patio and indoor sitting area First Floor (accessed via outdoor stairs) • Large open-plan living area with fans • Fully equipped kitchen • Balcony with limited sea view 🔹 AC is available in the bedroom only 🔹 Drinking water is provided 🔹 Maximum occupancy: 4 guests ⸻ 🧹 Services & Practical Info • Daily cleaning once per day, strictly between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM • No caretaker on site, but our assistant is available during daytime • No meal service (kitchen fully equipped and food delivery is easy) 🔧 Hot water information • Hot water is available from the shower tap only (not from the showerhead) — important to note before booking If anything is needed, please contact our manager during your stay. ⸻ ⚡ Electricity Short power cuts (10–20 minutes) may occur, as is common in coastal Tamil Nadu. There is a small fish restaurant next to the house garden, this can be an issue for our pure vegetarian guests as fish fry smell can be there.
